How to use Molybdenum heating element

Molybdenum heating element is an electronic component which mainly includes two silicides, which is used for industrial and laboratory furnaces. Installation and use
Due to the highest temperature and the highest power and the longest life, two silicified heating elements must be installed in a freeway. The elements must be placed far away from the wall of the furnace so that they can move naturally when they are affected by the release of internal stress, or when they are twisted and twisted with the electromagnetic action of the adjacent elements. We suggest that the use of furnace support devices include heating element support and heating element straps, so as to support and connect the terminal handle. At low temperature, the two silicified heating element is fragile and must be carefully operated. When the temperature reaches more than 1200 C, they become softer and relaxed under their own load, and when the components are heated to resist each other, they become the “Coca-Cola bottle” shape.

The two silicified heating element with the bent terminal can be installed through the side wall of the furnace lining. The heating element support is to ensure the terminal. When components are installed directly by means of refractories or touch insulation, they must be free to move. In the operation of this way, the maximum temperature of the two silicified “skin” will be reduced, and the change of pressure may lead to disastrous consequences.
