Molybdenum crucible is made of Mo-1 molybdenum powder, and its temperature ranges from 1100 to 1700. It is mainly used in metallurgical industry, rare earth industry, monocrystalline silicon, solar energy, artificial crystal and mechanical processing industries.

Application:

Molybdenum crucibles are widely used as core containers in industrial furnaces such as sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass melting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and so on, because molybdenum melting point is as high as 2610 C. The working temperature environment of molybdenum crucibles is generally above 2000 C. Especially for sapphire single crystal growth furnace, molybdenum crucible with high purity, high density, no internal cracks, precise size, smooth inner and outer walls, etc. plays a key role in the success rate of sapphire crystal growth, quality control of crystallization, decrystallization and sticking pot and service life.
