"Molybdenum" is a metal element with the symbol Mo and the English name Molybdenum. It is a silver-white metal. As a rare metal, "molybdenum" is widely used in iron and steel industry, petroleum and other industries. I. High Temperature Resistance

The main material of molybdenum screw is molybdenum metal, the purity of molybdenum is up to 99.95%. Molybdenum, as a raw material, has a very high melting point, which leads to the high temperature resistance of molybdenum screw up to 1600 ~1700. The melting point of stainless steel screw is generally about 1300 ~1400. This means that many times molybdenum screw can meet the working requirements of high temperature environment that many ordinary screw can not touch.

2. Excellent Conductivity

In addition to high melting point, molybdenum screw also has excellent conductivity, which can adapt to many equipment which have requirements for conductivity.

3. Better corrosion resistance

Many parts made of materials are faced with corrosion and rust in daily use. The raw material molybdenum of molybdenum screw, which does not react with hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and alkali solution at room temperature, only dissolves in nitric acid, aqua regia or concentrated sulfuric acid. It is also quite stable to most liquid metals, non-metallic slag and molten glass, which makes molybdenum screw have good corrosion resistance.

4. Low coefficient of thermal expansion

Secondly, molybdenum screw has low thermal expansion coefficient. This advantage plays an important role in the application of metal-ceramic structure, metal-semiconductor structure and metal-graphite structure.
