5. The repaired tungsten wire mesh will produce very large stress in use, and the service life is very short, so normal and safe production cannot be guaranteed.
Tungsten mesh heater:
1. In the process of processing and manufacturing, the tungsten mesh heater is more complex, the surface heat load is very small, the thermal effect is good, the heat emitted is stable and relatively uniform, and the temperature uniformity of the working area in the furnace is relatively good. The resistance value of the designed time tungsten wire network is easy to control. According to the needs of the production process, it can be made into single-phase or three-phase triangle and three-phase star. The designed time current and voltage can be easily controlled within a reasonable range, which not only saves cost, but also has higher production efficiency. It is not easy to be dangerous when assembling and adjusting. It is very convenient to adjust the shape and position;
2. In the process of production, the service life is relatively long, and the maintenance is less; 3. The service time is long, if a few tungsten wires break occasionally, because the transverse section direction of the wire and the wire is also in contact, the resistance value of the whole tungsten wire network will not change, so it will not affect the normal use. In recent years, many industries at home and abroad have gradually replaced the graphite and tungsten heating elements by tungsten heating elements.
