The high density tungsten-based metals are divided into four grades, of which the tungsten content is 90%, 92.5%, 95% and 97%, respectively. The rest are nickel, iron and copper. Tungsten-nickel-iron alloy is an ideal material for rivet top bar because of its high density, high strength, good ductility, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.
Bucking Bars has high density, small size and heavy weight. In the same shape, its weight is twice that of iron products; in the same weight, its volume is only half the size of other materials. These advantages make it versatile and can be operated in a small range. The Bucking Bars has many different shapes and sizes.
