As a boat dish, heat shield, high-temperature structural parts, it is widely used in high-temperature furnace, electronic components, heating body, steel smelting and other industries.
In order to prepare molybdenum powder, it is necessary to select the material boat of Superalloy as the carrier, and it can work in the harsh environment of high temperature and variable load for a long time. The carrier of molybdenum powder produced in China is mostly nickel base superalloy material boat. Because the metal with low melting point will gradually precipitate and penetrate into molybdenum powder under high temperature environment, the impurity element content of high purity molybdenum powder is difficult to control. In addition, the low strength and easy deformation of the nickel base superalloy vessel lead to the high failure rate of the molybdenum powder production equipment. To solve this problem, Plansee and hc.star, the world's top refractory metal enterprises, use 18 tube furnaces to produce high-purity molybdenum powder, and use molybdenum boat as the carrier. Molybdenum boat (65 mm in depth and 88 mm in width) passes through the furnace tube in turn. The MoO2 powder in molybdenum boat reacts with hydrogen at high temperature of 1000 ℃ to produce high-purity molybdenum powder with very low impurity element content. Because the preparation technology of molybdenum boat is still blank in China, with the help of the existing theoretical basis and processing technology of adding rare earth elements to prepare molybdenum alloy, the molybdenum lanthanum alloy plate was prepared by doping rare earth element lanthanum in molybdenum powder, and the successful preparation of molybdenum lanthanum boat was completed for the first time.
