1.Alkali washed Molybdenum bar
After alkali washing, the surface of the molybdenum bar is gray metallic luster and smooth. Alkali washing, also known as "alkali boiling", is a chemical cleaning method. A method of boiler scale removal by adding lye into boiler water under a certain pressure.Alkaline washing can be carried out at a certain temperature for 6-12h, and the time can be extended according to the situation.
2.Ground Molybdenum bars
The surface of polished molybdenum rod is silver gray metallic luster, smooth surface and small size error。
Polished molybdenum rod has good properties of molybdenum, such as high temperature resistance, high strength, good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion, etc. it is often made into high-temperature products and used in various high-temperature fields.
3.Turning molybdenum rod
After finishing, the surface of the polished molybdenum bar shows metallic luster, but it is relatively flat and rough. Compared with polished molybdenum rod, the surface of polished molybdenum rod is smoother. Polishing is generally divided into grinding polishing and wheel polishing. Grinding can be vibration grinding or wind turbine grinding. Wheel polishing mainly uses cloth wheel, hemp wheel and other polishing wax to polish. Polishing is mainly used to smooth the subsequent electroplating or coating process to reduce defects. It is completely manual operation.
Turning is generally used engraving machine or high gloss CNC turning surface to achieve the effect of high light, these need to use digital processing. It is usually processed for size requirements.
4.Polished molybdenum rod
The polished molybdenum rod has a flat and smooth surface. Through polishing, the surface roughness of molybdenum bar is reduced by mechanical, chemical or electrochemical action, so as to obtain polished molybdenum bar with bright and flat surface.
